Emergence

The small town of Lexington can’t sleep. The entire town is plagued by nightmares, including four teens: the empathic and quiet Keely; Emma, who keeps her sharp intellect hidden; Owen, a social outcast from an important family with a dark secret; and Reggie, the son of the town’s librarian who was committed to a mental hospital. These four teens discover the awful truth of what is happening to their small town. They must grapple with the grim history of their town, confront the legacy of their families, test the bonds of their friendship, and engage with their own personal struggles if they're going to stop the wicked thing that is emerging.
